Came home to a nonstarting pump after being out of town on the weekend. Called Austin Pool Service and was back up and running literally 2 hours later. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly - sharing tips and tricks for some of my normal maintenance tasks and facts about my pool's construction that I had no idea about. I will definitely reach out again for any issues I have in the future.
They are great. They arrived when they said they would. The service person knew what he was doing and took a minimum amount of time to fix the problems. He was very polite and personable and put everything back in order when he was done. I could not ask for better service!

An example of fantastic customer service by someone who really cares. After a different pool service got our pool heater only partially repaired before throwing up their hands and saying we needed to replace the $300 igniter, I called Lyn to setup an appointment for Austin Pool Service to come out and have a look at it. Even though I was outside their service area, Lyn said he'd make a trip to have a look, but first asked me to try a simple test. He asked me to try running the heater with the pool's filter cartridge removed, and see if it still shut off with a 'service heater' message after running for a while. Sure enough, the heater worked perfectly, and I replaced our old, cheap brand filter with one he recommended. Everything works great, and I didn't even have to pay for a visit. Thanks, Lyn!
